How much better is the R5C better than the og R5 at video. Even though they have the same sensor, is the quality and lowlight performance really that much better?

I know canon has the R5C, but will they ever make anything as usable/convenient/small like the FX3? A smaller, easy to use boxy camera like that would be cool from canon.
