Does anyone get heart palpitations frequently when doing activities that use their abdominal muscles. It seems like any abdominal pressure causes them for me, even sucking in my stomach muscles. I’m thinking it puts pressure on my hernia which must be pressing on my heart or vagus nerve.

How were you diagnosed?
