How long has this been going on? If you are not getting higher offers maybe you have priced it too high? I often see rare items that I’m interested in (and utterly utterly niche to the point of only one or two collectors would want it) with deranged prices. Perhaps your potential buyer knows what this item should actually go for.

I always use the view completed/sold feature when pricing my item. This is what it goes for. I have seen that the person in question sells similar items to it, so I think they’re trying to get it for a good price so they can flip it.

You can set your offer price. It shouldnt allow people to offer below that. Def block at this point. Question though, what is the card for sale for $600 and what are the average of the last 5-6 most recent sales of it? I know comps fluctuate a lot and you said you do this part time, so there’s a chance you Havnt checked its value in awhile and it’s gone down significantly.
