Where does your CPU come from ? Second hand ? Once, I experienced a defective CPU with a bad cache memory. Every memory test was failing. CPU replaced, problem solved.

What cpu cooler you using? this looks like your CPU is overheating. Get a better CPU cooler and make sure you have a decent airflow inside your case
