I was playing Lucio on Rialto in a Bronze 4-1 lobby and did the classic bush trick where you contest the payload by doing the "Chilling" emote in the bushes. I was there for a couple minutes while people thought the payload broke. Reaper eventually found me, killed me, then went on to get POTG.

My DVA said that you NEED to set your render scale to auto and your frame rate to "600 600", then max out your horizontal and vertical sensitivity.
