I work 3am-10. 5 days week. Store opens at 4. I do one unopened box of big rings everyday minimum. I use 3 ovens top at 465 for breakfast food, middle at 350 for flips then changed to 465, bottom is set for donuts til done then switched for cookies. One day even did 2 unopened boxes
