Strongest Sentai Villains

Who do you think is the strongest Sentai villain, while I don’t think he is the strongest I feel like Daimaou from Kakuranger isn’t talked about enough. Not only is he difficult to kill but if you do kill him his evil will be spread throughout the world. Meaning the only way to stop him is to seal him but only the Kakurangers can do that.
