We are an avid group of people who became interested in the criminal cases against Shanda Vander Ark, and her son Paul Ferguson. Our interest started when they were arrested, went to court, and were convicted/sentenced, to listening to jailhouse phone calls and reading texts. The victim in this is Timothy Ferguson, who died at 15 yo from starvation, malnutrition, and hypothermia at the hands of Shanda and Paul.
