Sexual sides effects

Hi, I (19F) have been on 100mg for a month now, still in the process of increasing the dose, and I am bothered by a side effect that’s a bit embarrassing for me to share with my doctor, yes my sex drive decreased but this is common, my problem is (sorry if I’m being to explicit not trying to be weird) my clitoris gets sore for at least a week even after just one orgasm, it’s quite painful and annoying for my sexual and personal life, please has anyone else gone through this ?
