Insane Coned bills for Jan usage

Is anyone else’s bill this month this high? I live in a 480sq ft 1 bed apartment with two in wall electric heating units. I leave them on but set to 69/71 degrees, nothing insane. Literally the only other electronics in the apartment are a coffee maker, tv phone charger and MacBook charger. WTF
