Dizziness / Tingling / Visual Migraines

Heya! My partner had his aortic valve replacement last year and went mechanical. Almost a year in and hes been getting visual migraines where things go blurry and he struggles to see, sometimes his legs go tingly and numb, his hands go tingly and hes having dizzy spells quite a bit, this is never all at once. Hes gone to the doctors a few times and they say its anxiety due to the surgery and that it's all in his head which he tries to tell himself, but i'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences? I'm worried they will tell him it's in his head so much that if something WAS to go wrong, he will just brush it off. He gets regular bloods, regular check up's and is really healthy. Eats well and exercises regularly. has anyone else had anything similar?
