Package arrived at destination facility in Philadelphia and then went to… NORTH DAKOTA?

As the title states… it was shipped from NYC to Philly and arrived in the Philly post office the day after it was shipped. Now it’s reached North Dakota??? Wtf any idea why this could have happened
