“Don’t pick NOTA, pick Available Best instead”. Thoughts?

So if most of the people don’t like the candidates, they should lower their standards and pick the available best? I understand no one’s 100% best but should we really be asking people to settle for whatever’s available instead of up-ing our standards and asking for someone better?
