Never give up

I live in a small town in rural Brazil, and i learned a lot from Ukraine and the whole war in general, my life wasn't the hardest but it surely isnt easy, i fight depression since i was 16 years old. today im 22 and didnt accomplish much in life, i didnt reach any of my dreams yet and sometimes i want to give up, but i know i shouldnt, i should never, if i give up i will never be happy, we only have one try in life and the only choice we have is to fight. now how does this connect to Ukraine? its fighting the most black and white war in decades, the whole ukrainian community, from donetsk to lviv will face genocide from russia and even other dictatorships like north korea now if the country gives up, peace is easy but after 10 years they will just invade again and continue the genocide. the country feels tired like each of us, people lost their children, their sons, their wives and husbands, they just want this to stop as soon as possible. its cruel to only have the choice to fight thousands of enemies with little aid, the weapons you got and hope, but if you dont do it, no one else will and the destiny will be what everyone wants to avoid! who will save ukraine and europe if not ukrainians themselves? to me it already saved europe, it fought the whole soviet army storage which was made to take the whole continent and 17% of its territory is currently occupied (including crimea) people would laugh at you if you said this at 2022. Its really a lot, but sadly its not enough, the people have to keep fighting because if they dont, the cruel world we live in will make it even harder for ukraine to be free, as i said its cruel, but you have no choice. fight for you, your family, your loved ones, the country, democracy, and know that even thought governments dont help you enough, somebody will always be helping you with what they can, doesnt matter if its me from brazil or your fellow soldier, you should be proud of yourself.
