Danger at Uber

Several riders have told me when the uber car arrives it’s almost never the one of the photo ID from Uber. I’m in a city where it seems lots of undocumented people are driving Uber. Is that why rates for drivers like me have dropped so much? Cheap labor and I wonder if Uber is allowing it.
