Does anyone remember Alberta to Alaska? Is it still happening?

That project that was supposed to connect Alaska with Canada by rail. It was approved by Trump then we kinda never heard much about it again. It seems like a really useful and neat concept and it seemed like it was going good for a while but news about it seemingly stopped in 2021. Just in limbo and nothing happening.

Does anyone know if it will go forward, or will it just stay down? I'd really like to see it prosper. The Alaska Railroad is completely separated from other rail networks in North America and it seems like freight could get moved a lot quicker as well. So does anyone have more info on it?
