TIFU by taking a Kinesiology course

I bet your sitting in your chair thinking "that's not bad" and you're right, hell some of you psychos actually major in kinesiology. However this is not an average online class..... No my friends this is personal fitness, taught exclusively online, way easy right??? No.... Because it is taught by the freaking football coach. Upon enrollment I was blissfully unaware that there was a physical activity portion on this class. A minimum of 1 hour of cardio five days a week, so here my potato ass is downloading a run tracker app and off to die. I began by taking off running, not stretching, not walking, not jogging a full on, going for the gold run. well two babies and a couple years of activity restrictions punched me square in the right ass cheek in the glorious form of a cramp. Working through the untimely one sideded ass clench I slowed it down to a brisk walk/jog combo. Broke up that 3 minutes of torture with some lunges and a whole 7 minutes into my hour of cardio I realized exactly how bad my ADHD actually is. Moseying along I noticed some bunnies, only to realize that this distraction caused me to slow my pace and stop the timer.... A whole 26 seconds lost to the woodland creatures of fluff!!! 30 minutes in my phone rang an alarm, me excited for my victory reached for my pocket only to realize that it was the halfway alarm. At this point I'm not sure I can go on.... Go forth without me, I will be here failing this class inhaler in hand and middle finger in the air.

TL;DR when signing up for a class always Google the instructor and the fine print requirements... I didn't and my click of faith is going to give me a heart attack.

UPDATE: This was taken directly from the syllabus: Schedule The course contains an Orientation and 6 modules. We will some time to orientate and learn the system after which we’ll get started with our workouts. For each module, you will read 2 chapters from the text, take a short quiz, write an individual journal entry, and participate in a "Team" discussion board. You will also report your workout regimen to me weekly. This is an activity course, but, a fully online one. You will be on your own to complete your workouts so you must “check-in” daily and document the 5 workouts of 60 minutes each of your personal workout regimen.
