Starting to feel like the main characters are not that good people

I'm on my 3rd rewatch just finished season 5 and moving onto season 6. I'm starting to feel characters like Tony, Christopher and Paulie aren't that good people. Thinking about it they might have done some pretty terrible things. What does anybody think? Are these characters morally good or bad? I can't decide.
