Might have discovered a thing

I snagged these suitcases from the abandoned train station in Transfer Pass. They were definitely 100% empty when I picked them up, I even remember what I looted from them. Brought them back to Hunting Lodge and when I placed them new loot spawned. I already had a Hockey Jersey or I would have been over the moon but I did score a pair of Decent Climbing Socks from the first one (right after I sacrificed my wool socks for bandages!)
