Mouse/Keyboard Disabled Upon Booting

Hello guys. I am playing in steam. When starting the game, the game disables and reactivates my mouse/keyboard and any other peripherals I have connected.

I’ve tried -dx11, -d3d11, fresh install, restarting computer, everything. During the beta, I had the same issue but used -dx11 and everything was good. I’m using a wired keyboard and wireless mouse if it helps.

Really frustrating because the game was really fun and I’d like to jump into it but can’t. Thanks guys!
