Am I gaslighting my girlfriend?

My girlfriend has been with me for a few months now and things have been going pretty well.

There are a few ups and downs (obviously) where she thinks that I am ignoring her or treat her like a hobby.

I love this woman so much and it pains me to see her thinking that I feel this way about her. I don't know what to do to help her realize that I don't hate her.
