QM7 download speed

Are TCL tvs limited to the download speed it can get? I have a 1Gb internet service and I have tried wifi and a USB to ethernet dongle but come nowhere near the 1Gb speed.. I know it's best effort and doesn't mean its going to always be 1Gb but if I do a speed test on my Samsung S24 Ultra I usually get double the download speed even though I am farther from the router. Is there something I can do to help increase the download speed on this tv? (TV is hardwired with cat6 cable into a Cable Matters usb to ethernet dongle and wifi router is right next to the tv. Im getting 220Mb wired and 190Mb through wifi... while on my phone I'm getting 800Mb using same website and server location and sitting farther from router.)
