Campbelltown Hospital

I was unwell and went to Campbelltown Hospital last week. I had not been there in a while and saw the redevelopment. It looks very modern and nice but also has seems to have a severe shortage of staff. Nurses looked rushed off their feet, the admin had a huge line and emergency was packed.

Has anyone else experianced this? Have you gone to a NSW Hospital that looks very nice and new but seems to have not had the right investment in staff?
