Howdy- what’s Swappa like these days?

I’ve sold a few things here- but amazed at the lack of value proposition compared to trading in a phone (which I hate). I have a near mint condition iPhone 14 Pro that stores will give me 460-500 for (Best Buy for instance). I might could sell on Swappa- but what are the fees like these days?
