Dying Gollum Jade

hello!! I bought this gollum jade about a year ago, has been in this pot ever since. I think I may have overwatered two months ago, been letting her dry out for the past 3 weeks but she doesn’t look any better 😞 any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏🙏
