Stupid Bacteria…

I JUST unlocked Alien containment and looked up a full list of fish and eggs that can go in there… collected a good amount, brought back a spinefish with me from where I found the blueprint as I hadnt seen it before

No idea which fish it was but 1 of them must have been infected and I didnt notice… went to collect some resources and came back to everything being infected besides the Egg creatures as far as I can see…

Will this spread to the big boys and is there any way I can cure it? Most of the small fish is no issue but that Spinefish is a right trek to find a new one…
