(potential manhwa spoilers) IF you could choose to turn any hunter who is below S-Rank, into an S-Rank hunter, who would you choose/who do you think deserves it?
First person that comes to my mind is Woo Jinchul - he is one of my fav characters. He is genuinely a good person with a good heart. And, among other reasons, I think he deserves it.
Who would you choose? Or who do you think would be an interesting choice?
