DIY nasal strips (like breathe right)
Just in case someone else out there also needs this: nasal strips are expensive where I live, even the Chinese knock-offs with poor adhesive. But this piece of redneck engineering actually works. It took me 4 or 5 versions to get it right. Medical tape and other plastics didn’t work for me. Here's what I used: water-resistant band-aids, thin 2.5mm zip ties, and a glue gun. The glue won’t burn the plastic band-aid, and the strong adhesive on the band-aid will stay on all night. Godspeed, fellow snorer.
