Nakakadepress pala mag-break out 😭 Need help to bring back my old skin confition…

Hi everyone!!! 🥹 Please, I really need your help, ilang months na rin akong nakatambay dito sa reddit at nagbabasa ng mga may same condition ko. Huhuhu., pero before that, I will explain muna kung ano yung hinaing ko 😭

🔻Before 2022 I have history of acne way back 2016 pa yun, HS days pa. Then nawala din around 2017. Tas start ng pandemic, 2020, gumait ako ng rejuv. I foumd out na di maganda sa skin yun..So I stopped nung 2021. I got a job as a working student noong 2022, at dito na nag start ⬇️

🔻Year 2022 - 2024 2022, nung nag start ako mag invest into skin care at manood ng mga trusted influencers sa soc med., I do skin cycling, pati ilang ingredients sa skin care, inaral ko rin. Sa pictures na inupload ko (second to the last pic).. Yun lahat ng ginamit ko from year 2022 to 2024. Grabe ang glow at sinabi ko sa sarili ko na mag sstick na ako doon. But then… Nag stop muna ako mag work bandang Sept 2023 dahil super busy na sa college life, di ko na rin kaya pagsabayin ang work. Nag last pa naman ung mga skin care ko until year 2023. At may konting ipon pa if ever maubusan ako.

🔻August 2024 I have this closed friend na super acne prone skin at fan ng sa Luxxe Organix. Grabe ang skin nya, at halos same lang kami. Then I realized, why not try din? Since gusto ko sana mag cut iff na ng budget sa skin care ko. Then ayun, nannood muna ako ng mga reviews and marami naman talagang hiyang. I went to Watsons, toners, skin tint ( I used it as my sunscreen na, grabe hype at talagang promoted ni Wear Sunscreen) even his loose powder from LO,

tas eto pa… yung Ponds Tone up Powder, nabudol din ako 😭 grabe ang effect kasi unang gamit ko nun, andaming nagsabi na glowing ang skin koooo.. ginamit ko yun hanggang month ng Oct ata. Tas nung may napansin na ako…

🔻Oct 2024 Sobrang busy na ako dito since 4th year student na ako, dito napansin ng mga kaklase ko na bat daw andami kong small bumps sa forehead. Grabe, dun ko lang nakita yun all this time… 😭 then… sabi ko, alam ko yung Ponds ang may salarin dito (kaya tinapon ko na sya at ekis na kako lagat ng Ponds products sakin)

Sabi ko, hindi kaya yung Luxxe ang may pakana? Huhuhuhu. Sabi ko, I will trust the process lang at baka purging lang??? 😭 So ayun, ginamit ko sya hanggang first week of December… 😭 Sabi ko ulit, hindi na to normal purging lang., grabe ang iyak ko non, at halos lahat ng tao sa paligid ko may side comment na:

“ANYARE SAYO TEH?” “Kakagamit mo ng ano yan” “Eto na lang gamitin mo para maalis yan.”

Nakakarindi na as in., alam ko naman yun pero, grabe lang. Hindi nila alam kung anong pakiramdam ng sitwasyon ko… theyre lack of sympathy, and so insensitive to the point na, napapabili ako ng face masks just to hide my face.

🔻December 2024 Bigla kong binalik yung old products ko before that Aug 2024 happened. Nag purchase din ako ng -Lion Acne Pair -Axis Y Serum (been using this noon pa) -Olive Young pimple patches -tea tree cleanser (forgot it, someone recommnded it sa Watsons) -then i also added Centella Ampoule sa skin care ko -Biore Light Up Essence (cuurent sunscreen til the present)

🔻January 2025 Dito na ako nag start mag break out ng malala at, halos gabi gabi umiiyak ako. Nabawasan na nga rin ako ng timbang because of it hahaha. 🥹 Nakakadepress. Araw araw din akong tambay sa Reddit, nag join na ako sa ibat ibang subreddits. At halos lahat ng active pims ko during daytime ay tinatakpan ko na ng Olive Young pimple patches, pang 3 ko na nga na package yun. Imagine 92 patches ata per pack. Times 3???? 😭 Ang struggle ko talaga din ay, some days, dry na lahat ng acne, pero after few days, grabe sabay sabay silang lilitawww.

Btw, i use maybelline skin tint + Maybelline fit me concealer whenever i go out, i swear, i cant go out na di ko natatakpan yung mga darkspots. Pero siempre ung active acne, protected sa pimple patch.

🔻February 2025 - Present Di na ako ganun mag breakdown compared last month, but… i read somewhere here na, talaga ngang sira ang skin barrier ko. Nabasa ko rin na, less is more. So what i did… i simplified my skin care now. One week pa lang huhuhu. Heres my current products: -Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Face Wash -Centella Ampoule (huhu paubos na sya) -Lion Pair Cream (on my second purchase na) -Axis Y Serum for the dried acne) -Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Cream -Biore Light Up Essence (sunscreen)

(Meron akong nabili din na Hada Labo Premium Lotion yung dark blue na bottle, kaso napansin ko noon na pagkagising ko may mga whiteheads / acne na lumalabas, so i stopped using it… baka magamit ko sya after ko mafix ang skin barrier ko)

So ayun 🥹 yung current situation ko is, after 2-3 days talaga may lalabas na 1-3 acne… pero mas ok compared nung may mga actives na ginagamit nung January last month…

Can you guys help me or any suggestions please? 😭😭😭
