Need help getting a load cell assigned as a handbrake.

I've got a loadcell, an amplifier board, and an adruino micro pro... The loadcell is already in a handbrake

However...

I have no idea how to write for the Arduino, does anyone know of a guide to get this wired up and working together so it just shows up as an axis i can assign to games?
