How to thrive as a dramatic person?
Hi! I'm predisposed to magnify emotions because it weirdly feels nice, even if it involves dropping myself into a depressive void... I have no idea why, but it seems to be just in my nature. Moreover, it's not just about negative, but also positive emotions, although these are somehow harder to "multiply", but I'm working on this by practicing noticing good things around me and focusing on the emotions it creates. I definitely don't want to be any less emotional, but I wonder how to live the life to the fullest as a person with this personality trait. Does anyone have tips?
