Gluten-free restaurant recommendations

I’m coming to San Antonio for a week for work travel. I eat gluten-free and am looking for any restaurants recs that can accommodate. I plan to stay at Hotel Valencia. I’ve read this sub and done some research but always appreciate personal recommendations. Thank you!
