Girl I'm talking to only makes dangerously thin Sims

We were hanging out in a group a few nights ago and she mentioned she plays the Sims so I asked to see her world - I always think it's neat what people get up to on there, it says a lot. Anyway, all of her Sims had waists as thin as toothpicks and BBL butts. I was understandably shocked and a couple of the other guys took notice, so they walked over and she showed us together. Naturally, all the guys thought they were a little scary looking and biologically impossible, while she thought we were being judgmental. I guess both can be true. I talked to her later that night and she insisted she didn't actually want to look like that, just that she found them "hot." Many such cases? 🎲
