First Roast

I did my first roast today with a gifted tabletop roaster I used outside on my porch. I used the Guatemalan HueHue Finca Vista Hermosa. The batch turned out much darker (likely some burnt) than I intended. No intention to monetize, but would like to make nice roasts for my home and close friends and family as gifts.
