Razer won’t refund customers!!

After more than a year of uncountable issues with Razer’s support (partially told here: https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/s/G4fwWIUvRW), Razer promised to refund me upon receiving my device back. I sent it back, it was received on the 16th of December. It is already the 5th of January and Razer claims it will only refund me once the reception of the device is confirmed by their team, WHO NEVER CONFIRMS TO HAVE THE DEVICE!!!

I need a laptop for studies and work, and have hardly being able to do both because of Razer since 2023 since I spent lots of money on a non-functional laptop from the brand. Now I don’t have the money, a laptop and any updates on when I’ll have my money back. Does Razer always waits for issues to be escalated to authorities before they treat customers properly???

It is impossible to be willing to buy and recommend this brand to anyone, especially seeing that so many people go through as much stress as me with the brand.
