Why so many obviously genned pokemon on wonder trade?

As I breed aprimons I use wonder trade to offload breedjects for people to have them, but it seems like 1/3 of the trades I get back are shinies nicknamed PKM.gg or something similar. I remember genned pokemon from the GTS in Sinnoh, has this game still not figured it out yet with very obvious hacks?

Don’t get me wrong I had an Action Replay as a kid but just used it between me and my friends. Never would have dared to go online with fear of being banned
