Designer Webpage

Hoping for some help, or information, or just amusing anecdotes I guess. I've been playing PS for a couple of days and decided to try the designer page today but it keeps telling me I need more memory. I cleared my cache, and my computer has almost 8GB of RAM available, how much do you need to run this page?

Is there anything I can do? Adding more hardware seems excessive for a designing game :D
