How to remove extra sound from Playnite Ps5Reborn Fullscreen theme?

There is an additional sound when I navigate in the games list in ps5Reborn. When I watched videos for the theme, it only has the ps5 audio when nsvigatimg and not this windows like weird navigation sound.
