Removing a dead animal from private property (DONT TELL ME TO DO IT MYSELF)

I take care of the cat colony on our block. This morning when I woke up to let my dog out in the backyard, there was a dead cat. I called "Philadelphia Dead Animal" and they don't service my neighborhood (even though I'm within city limits). It's on private property so animal control won't do anything. Even if I was able to submit a report to 311, who knows how long it would take for them to come out.

I just want someone to come and remove the dead cat from my backyard. I will pay.

I KNOW I CAN REMOVE IT MYSELF - I DON'T WANT TO! It makes me sad and it scares me.

Edit: The cat corpse was partially decomposing and being munched on by a possum. I think the cat must have died behind the grill and the possum dragged it out. I would like to not look at it or touch it and I would like it out of my backyard. I've taken cats to get TNRd, I've taken cats to get put down if the situation calls for it. A lot of the cats aren't feral - they were abandoned by irresponsible owners. It's really sad and I am doing the best I can.
