To all the new PS plus heisters.

//WELCOME TO PAYDAY3//

You probably checked it out out of curiosity. And maybe will decide to stay for a little longer! The community wholeheartedly welcomes you all. Hope you have fun!

First of all I know a huge minority of you will actually come here to check this place out. But to those who have done so, there are a few things you should know.

I'm partly making this post because I just had 3 level 1 PlayStation players who have completely ignored the objective, ignored chat and played selfishly. So I kind of want to help you understand the game better and play better for the team. This is a team game, listen to those who are 461 levels above you and ask you to throw those bags in the scanner 10 times instead of running away and dying (speaking from experience)

.

  1. Please make you sure you have chat on. There is no way to communicate other than chat and maybe VoIP. Go to settings and if you want VoIP go to audio and enable it. If you want game chat go to GamePlay and make sure it's enabled too. And for god's sake look at the actual chat and read the things that are written.

.

  1. Don't run around in the open and be surprised your level 1 build didn't let you survive more than 12 seconds max. You are not a tank. Your armour can take 1 sniper bullet and you are gone. Play slow. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. If you go from cover to cover shooting those in the way you will survive way longer than 10 seconds and be in custody for 2 minutes.

.

  1. You have gadgets and medic bags, ammo bags or armour bags. Use them. Press the button (it should be down on the D-Pad) and throw them to survive. But don't eat all of the supplies, also don't be selfish about them. If you have a medic bag and see a guy with 0 downs, throw it down so he can heal up. Same thing with armour.

.

  1. If you are in pre game lobby and see 3 medic bags, go for an armour bag. You will have 3 medic bags minimum and if the players are running a good build thats 6 medic bags. More than enough, even a single armour bag will be more useful than another medic bag.

.

That's mostly it. Those are a few things I noticed new players doing, and it irritated me as shit. I spent 20 minutes on dirty ice (a max 10 minute heist normally) because I had to run around the whole map for their uncleaned bags that they couldn't throw in the scanner after I pinged it 100 times and typed 12 times to press the button to throw the bag in there.

If a few new players or some less experienced want to play and learn more. Add me. I'm happy to help, on Nebula it's GodlyPlayer9163. I'm on Xbox so we will use game chat or maybe discord. Those who just bought the game and want to check it out on Xbox, it's the same gamertag as my nebula. Thanks to those who listened. And have fun new heisters!
