New to Outlier and failed WW assessment

Greetings all! After nearly writing my Outlier account off altogether I was pleased today to see I actually had a project to work on as a Generalist. I completed the training and did a series of four to five assessments, the last of which triggered an error message when submitted. When I refreshed the page, I received a message saying that I had not passed the assessment and so could not continue to work on the project.

I'm obviously disappointed, but curious about where to go next? There are two projects in the marketplace that I am able to pick up, but I am not sure that I should because I have yet to receive any actual feedback which I could ideally incorporate into my work to prevent being dropped from any further projects. My other concern is how bad is this for my account overall, is this a mistake that can be recovered from, or does it lower the overall standing of my account somehow?

Any tips of feedback would be greatly appreciated, I am excited to be on the platform and now that I have an actually active account, I'd prefer to play it safe and not mess it up. Thank you!
