Parasitic Draw Test?

Can anyone recommend me a good location that can perform a parasitic draw test for my car? At first I thought it was my battery until I replaced it with a new one, which is when I found out it wasn’t the battery. I still get issues turning on my car when my car has been idle for at least a day.
