NRO a/c at SBI or ICICI?

Trying to open NRO account in Chandigarh on my next India trip.

I was told that ICICI is amazingly fast to get it set up ..with a better online portal and app.

But I was thinking of going with SBI since it is the most reliable banking institution in India, plus I have a NRE account there already .
