Cannabis dispensaries

I’m coming from Canada where Cannabis is legal. I know it’s not legal in Tennessee, but I’m seeing that there are dispensaries. How? Do they sell cannabis with THC? Like will I be able to get some edibles when we visit?

I should add I have searched but most weed related posts are all from a while ago..
