I’m surprised I never hear people talk about this…

Anyway, for those who don’t know what hemorrhoids are, they are swollen veins in your lower rectum or anus, and they can be caused by things like straining during bowel movements, sitting for long periods, or even genetics, They come for a week or 2 then disappear. I don’t remember when I first got them, but I do remember sometimes in high school, after using the toilet, I’d feel like my anus was swollen or there was still something stuck inside that hadn’t fully come out. It was a weird experience, and I never told anyone because, how do you even start that conversation? Especially to fellow males student, "WE UMEDINYWA BRO", that would def be the response.

Sometimes, they were so painful that I couldn’t even walk properly, but I got used to it. Eventually, I realized that my siblings had it too. My cousin even had to get surgery because it got serious. Juzi they came back, I would guess ju ya leg press gym. I remember it was so painful that I couldn’t sleep. It was the worst pain, and I remember waking up at night because of the pain.

As a guy, it feels weird telling people your anus hurts, you know? Anyway, I did finally go to the hospital, but just before the checkup, after the nurse told me to go to minor surgery room, I ran home. Honestly, I don’t think I’m grown enough to let someone look at my ass yet. Hell noo, acha I deal with the pain.
