Can we refrain from calling people ugly

I was in TikTok and I came across this post where this Chile was literally crying because she made a post which didn't please some people so they ended up commenting on the post how ugly she was and all sorts of things.

Most ladies are fragile and they take any comment regarding their looks seriously. Some words may seem easy to use but they are like deep cut to the other person. No matter how many times you say sorry after using the word, the scar will always be there and they will always recall how so and so called me.
