We need to step away from being constantly online so our personalities and perspectives aren’t shaped by what we consume on the internet. Everyone is starting to sound the same because we’re all borrowing opinions from tweets. We can’t have real conversations anymore, TikTok has drained our attention span, and we’ve lost the ability to empathize because we don’t take the time to understand emotions. Let’s go outside, pick up a book, learn something new, and bring back meaningful connections.
