When should I do rod bearing n54

I have 79k miles on original motor 335is. should I replace the rod bearings? If I should what else do you replace when doing this job. I want to add power after I do all the maintenance on it. It has no issues right now but could get a little refresh. Also, what’s the best fluid for the dct flush.
