Any suspects on what these could've been? Grewbwhat seemed like overnight in my ball pythons vivarium. Mostly coco husk and some sphagnum moss substrate.
Sorry, I struggled to get good photos and forgot gill photos at first and by the time I got back home from being out today, the springtails had munched these all to almost nothing.
I last handled her days ago and didn't see these when getting her out. I see her vivarium daily checking temps, humidity, water bowls and as I walk past and didn't even notice these appear until today.
Ant idea what type of mushroom they could be? I know it's going to harder to tell without gill pics and such crap photos but I thought worth a shot anyway even if I can get an idea of what type they may be. I was just surprised, I've had springtails and used Coco husk substrate which sphagnum moss scattered about for so long now and never seen mushroom growth in her vivarium before. It's really strange and interesting. Also great to see my little clean up crew working so hard to eat them so fast! But I'm mostly concerned whether these could be a risk to my girl or not.
