Do you Europeans generally follow speed limits?

Sometimes I’ll watch YT videos of scenic drives, usually to plan out the next year’s road trip. Always the US. But today the algorithm suggested one from Norway and the thumbnail looked sweet, so I checked it out.

Absolutely stunning. Mountains and fjords. I’d love to ride it, but the driver seemed to be going at an absolute crawl. After reading the speed limit sign and doing some freedom unit conversions, the maximum speed limit is approximately 49mph.

I don’t think I could actually do it. I would end up going nuts, or fined to oblivion I imagine.
